How does licensing work?

Each purchase is tied to your account and appears under Profile → Licenses. You may use a plugin on your own server(s). Reselling, redistributing or sharing the .jar or your license with third parties is not permitted and can lead to your access being revoked without refund.

Do I get updates?

Yes. When a newer version of a product you own is released, it shows up on your Licenses page automatically at no extra cost.

What about refunds?

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable once the download has started. See our Terms & Withdrawal for the full details. Statutory warranty rights for genuinely defective products are unaffected.
